Welcome to the world's first two-wheeler powered by a direct methanol fuel cell. Yamaha technology has achieved the impossible-combining a fuel cell and power unit in a 50cc size machine. Unlike the hydrogen used by conventional fuel cell vehicles, the FC06 uses convenient and safe methanol. If these vehicles become popular, we may one day be able to purchase fuel at the corner store. And because the FC06 comes equipped with a 300W AC outlet ,it can double as an outdoor power source during emergencies or when camping.
