At the Board of the Director’s Meeting held in the morning on October 26, 2009, Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. has resolved to change its top management, effective November 1, 2009. Current President, Chief Executive Officer and Representative Director, Takashi Kajikawa will resign from that post and take office as Director, while current Chairman and Director, Tsuneji Togami will take office as President, Chief Executive Officer and Representative Director. In concert with the change, following changes in Directors are also being made.
